There are athletes with their performance and the results seem to belong to a species other than human, almost from another planet. Think of the recent record of the athlete Usaim Bolt at the World Championships in Berlin: so glaring one wonders how it could be possible. Well, there are sports in which the concentration, control of himself and the mental and physical balance are the elements that make a difference because sometimes the challenges seem to be required outside vastly superior skills of the person. This may cause some distress while others result in the need to create a balance between external and internal, with the total immersion in the activity that you are taking. In this situation, the athlete who is capable of distancing from everything that may adversely affect the business, lives its own optimal experience also called FLOW EXPERIENCE. the first to explore the theme of flow was the American researcher Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, today there are highly specialized professionals that accompany athletes in achieving flow. click here for more information

Osseous Matastatic Disease
job satisfaction: work to survive or work to survive?
How often do you hear of people who do not like his job because of the climate that we breathe or the negative social relationships with their colleagues and higher. would seem obvious to state that the more a person feels satisfied at work, producing more and better. When the needs of an organization's employees are welcomed, and soddisdatti whenever possible, certainly the work becomes a source of wealth in life outside work. The psychology of work was focused for some years now on this hot topic and very important for people. The Australian Elton Mayo psychologist and sociologist who has long been interested in the motivation and job satisfaction, with a few sentences summarizing a reality still quite common
"If the employee can 'expect from participation in the life of the satisfaction of some of his emotional needs, may feel morally committed to the effort and share in the company. For its part, the company can expect a higher degree of loyalty, commitment and identification with organizational goals, "Al contario, if the management creates a situation in which employees feel frustrated it follows that they will form into groups in which "the rules of conduct are in opposition to business purposes." photos credits to: Fifo

HAPPINESS 'THE GEOGRAPHY OF JOY
explored the theme of happiness I have found an interesting article that I propose briefly below! According to Dr Proietti happiness is to feel what is beautiful in life: everyone can be happy if they learn to understand how can you be!
Happiness does not lie in the future, but in this, because we must not forget that our present this is the future we imagined for us some time ago.
But perhaps this is why we are 'happy' hours? The answer is definitely 'no', or rather 'not yet'. Each of us has something that is still lacking to be happy: marriage, work, career, home, graduation, vacation ... an escape from this, the inability to make decisions, the tendency to determine the Procrastination 'idealization of their own future, meanwhile, becomes the present and the story continues. Sometimes unhappiness stems from the feeling of not having or not having enough of what you need to live well. Very often they are induced needs social environment and in particular those 'hidden persuaders' who, with subtle and deceptive logic, seek to influence them in their choices and especially consumption.
The truth is that if we want to be happy, we can be so immediately, because happiness is not in the future, but at the present time: no matter how much we have, but how much we enjoy what we have.
